Reducing to <1 pCi/L

There are situations where a client wants to reduce radon to as low as reasonably achievable.  Perhaps there are also situations where an active soil depressurization system has reduced the radon to close to the action level but to go further, would be very expensive.  In both of these cases, there are now to options that were not available before PGL products came on the market.

  •  Test the home to determine what the actual radon decay product levels are.  You may already be very close to ambient concentrations.

To learn more go to cases involving schools or commercial buildings where simple air circulation from existing forced air systems can reduce exposure.  Go now!

  •  Consider the installation of air filtration devices to further reduce radon decay product exposure

To learn more go to the section that discusses the beneficial effects that air filtration systems can have on radon decay products as well as other indoor air quality concerns. Go Now!
