Costs:

Each time a test report is entered you are assessed one test report credit.  Test credits are purchased in advance and you are notified via email when your account is low, to insure that you are always ready to generate a test report.

Once a test report is submitted a PDF file for both the client report and a test detail sheet is archived on our server that has a firewall and is backed-up regularly.  As long as you are a current PGL customer you can access these historical reports, re-email them at no cost.  Report credits are only assessed when a new test is conducted.
